Does this sound familiar?

You're not broken. You're responding to what happened to you.

The patterns that kept you safe as a child are now getting in the way of the love you deserve. That's not a character flaw — it's a wound that can heal.

"I love my partner but I keep pushing them away and I don't know how to stop."

Relationship self-sabotage

"I grew up walking on eggshells and I'm terrified I'm recreating that in my own home."

Cycle breaking

"People keep telling me I'm 'too sensitive' or 'too much' and I'm starting to believe them."

Self-worth wounds

"I've done years of therapy but I still don't know how to actually be different in my relationship."

About your coach

I've lived what you're going through.

I didn't find my way to coaching through a textbook. I found it through years of navigating CPTSD, healing from a narcissistic marriage, receiving my ASD diagnosis at 29, and learning — slowly, messily, beautifully — how to love and be loved safely.

I know what it's like to do all the "right" things and still feel stuck. I know the exhaustion of healing. And I know that transformation is real, because I've lived it.

Voices from the journey

For the first time I understood that my reactions weren't weakness — they were survival responses. That reframe changed everything for me and my relationship.

Sarah M. CPTSD & relationship healing

I'd been to three therapists and never felt truly understood. Within two sessions I knew this was different — she speaks my language because she's lived it too.

Lisa T. Narcissistic abuse survivor

I used to think I had to be fully healed before I could be a good partner. Now I'm healing inside my relationship and it's transformed both of us.

Amara K. Relationship transformation
